New Year in India is no less than a festival. It has become national festival of celebration in recent years. It is celebrated lot of energy and enthusiasm in all parts of the India. The department of Management Studies also celebrated this event. The event was celebrated on 1^st January 2020 in the presence of Dr. Basawaraj Hosmani, Head of the Department, Mechanical Department and Prof. Amaresh Patil, Head of the department, Department of Management Studies along with teaching and non-teaching staff.

Then cultural programmes started with the prayers songs. Then there were skits and other programme. The students also performed various songs and dances.

At the end of the cultural programmes, all the students enjoyed through different events. There was also arrangement of food and we all enjoyed delicious food. There was also a surprise element towards the end of the function.
